Two boys who went missing Sunday afternoon in Moffat County were located and returned to their family in good condition yesterday, after a day of searching. The boys, 9 and 12 years old, went missing from their family’s cabin in the area of Wilderness Ranch, about 35 miles Northeast of Craig. Moffat County Sheriff’s Deputies began searching for the boys Sunday evening. The team on the ground was assisted by a helicopter during the initial search, which lasted until midnight Sunday. The search resumed yesterday morning around 7. The boys were found at 4:50 yesterday afternoon about 3 miles from the family’s cabin.
